Q: Who is eligible to purchase tickets through MUMSC?
A: To purchase tickets through MUMSC, you must meet the following criteria:
Manchester United Membership: You must hold a valid Manchester United membership. This is required to access tickets through our supporters club. Without this membership, you cannot purchase tickets through MUMSC.
MUMSC Membership: In addition to a Manchester United membership, you must also be registered with MUMSC. Only members of both Manchester United and MUMSC are eligible to buy tickets.
Please Note: When a new member signs up to MUMSC and provides us with their MUFC membership number, we pass on that information to the club who then assign that member to our supporters club. This process then allows us to assign tickets to this particular member. We cannot assign any tickets to any member until MUFC has completed this process. This process can take up to 7 days and sometimes longer during busy periods.
Q: How is the ticket allocation determined?
A: The number of tickets available to MUMSC is based on the number of MUMSC members who also hold a Manchester United membership. The more members who meet these requirements, the greater our ticket allocation. By joining both Manchester United and MUMSC, you not only increase your chances of getting a ticket but also help expand opportunities for all MUMSC members.
Q: Can international members purchase tickets through MUMSC?
A: Yes, international members can purchase tickets through MUMSC, provided they have a valid Manchester United membership and are a registered MUMSC member. However, please note that while we can provide the tickets, you are responsible for making your own travel arrangements to attend the match. Q: What is the process for ticket distribution?
A: When MUMSC receives tickets from Manchester United, we will notify all eligible members. The ticket distribution process is as follows:
Submission Deadline: You will have a limited time to express your interest in purchasing a ticket. The deadline will be communicated in the notification.
Random Selection: To ensure fairness, members will be randomly selected from the submissions to purchase tickets.
Payment Process: If selected, you must make full payment on the same day to secure your ticket. If payment is not received, the ticket will be offered to another member.
Q: Where will my seat be located within the stadium?
A: Ticket locations within the stadium are assigned by Manchester United and can be anywhere in the stadium. MUMSC has no control over the specific seat locations provided by the club. Generally, our allocation is put together in a block for the convenience of our members.
Q: Are tickets available for all Manchester United games?
A: Currently, tickets through MUMSC are only available for Manchester United’s home Premier League games and NOT for away games.

A: We recommend all members regularly check their emails and our official communication channels to stay updated on ticket opportunities. This ensures you don’t miss out on any chances to purchase tickets. Join MUMSC here.
Q: I purchased a ticket through MUMSC but I can no longer attend the game, how do I get a refund?
A: To apply for a refund, you must login to your Man Utd account and resell the tickets:
Desktop - Go to the tickets section of your account, select the ticket you’d like to sell and then click on ‘Resale Tickets’ - follow the steps as prompted.
Mobile - Open the MUFC app on your mobile device. Navigate to My United > My Tickets > choose the ticket that you’d like to sell and click on ‘Sell’ - follow the steps as prompted.
Refund - If successful, your funds maybe refunded to MUMSC as we were the original purchaser of the tickets, please send an email to info@mumsc.org and we will check if we have received it. If so, we will refund the full amount (what we received from the club) to your bank account.
Please Note: You must list your tickets for sale 14 days before the scheduled game (from 25/26 season). You will be able to do after that date (subject to demand) but the club will take £10 off your refund. If you buy a flexi ticket as a member, it's 12pm on the last working day before the match. There is no guarantee that your tickets will be resold and you will only receive a refund if the club are successful in reselling your tickets. You may want to consider offering the tickets for sale within our groups using the ‘App Ticketing’ method - see above for further info.
