MUMSC Terms of Membership

These Terms of Membership govern your membership of Manchester United Muslim Supporters' Club ("MUMSC"). By becoming a member, you agree to these terms.
1. Membership
Membership is open to supporters who meet MUMSC's eligibility requirements.
Membership may include:
Full Membership
Community Membership
Waived Membership (where approved by MUMSC)
Membership benefits vary depending on membership type.
2. Membership Fees
Full Membership is subject to the published annual membership fee.
Membership fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or in exceptional circumstances approved by MUMSC.
Failure to renew may result in the loss of membership benefits.
3. Membership Benefits
Depending on your membership type, benefits may include:
Access to the MUMSC Portal
Access to MUMSC WhatsApp Communities
Eligibility to enter MUMSC ticket ballots
Community events
Member opportunities
Future member benefits and partner offers
Benefits may change from time to time.
4. Ticket Ballots
Participation in ticket ballots is not guaranteed by becoming a member.
Ticket ballot eligibility requires:
An active Full MUMSC Membership
A current Manchester United Official Membership
Inclusion in Manchester United's latest eligibility dataset
Compliance with any additional ballot rules published for a fixture
Winning a ballot is not guaranteed.
Receiving a ticket allocation from Manchester United is not guaranteed.
5. Manchester United Membership
Where ticket ballots require a Manchester United Official Membership, members are responsible for:
Maintaining a valid Official Membership
Providing accurate membership information
Keeping their details up to date
MUMSC cannot guarantee inclusion within Manchester United's eligibility data.
6. Family Members
Parents or legal guardians may register children under the age of 16 as family members.
Family members:
must genuinely be under 16
remain linked to the parent or guardian's account
cannot operate their own independent account
Once a child reaches the age of 16, they must register for their own MUMSC membership to continue accessing member services.
7. Member Responsibilities
Members agree to:
Provide accurate information
Keep their details up to date
Use the Portal honestly
Follow MUMSC Community Rules
Treat volunteers and other members respectfully
Use ticket allocations only in accordance with MUMSC and Manchester United rules
8. Misuse of Membership
MUMSC may suspend or terminate membership where a member:
Provides false or misleading information
Misuses ticket ballots
Shares or transfers tickets contrary to MUMSC or Manchester United rules
Attempts to manipulate eligibility
Abuses volunteers or other members
Breaches Community Rules
Brings MUMSC into serious disrepute
9. Membership Suspension or Termination
MUMSC reserves the right to:
Suspend membership
Remove access to member benefits
Remove access to WhatsApp Communities
Reject future membership applications
where a serious breach of these Terms or Community Rules has occurred.
Where appropriate, members may be invited to provide additional information before a final decision is made.
10. Changes to Membership
MUMSC may update:
Membership benefits
Membership fees
Ballot processes
Portal functionality
Membership policies
Members will be notified where significant changes require acceptance of updated terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
While MUMSC makes every reasonable effort to provide services fairly and accurately, we cannot guarantee:
Ticket allocations
Membership approval
Continuous portal availability
Availability of third-party services
Availability of Manchester United ticket allocations
12. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
